Telly with that Heartwarming smile

Emma Salonga is Telly's Batchmate at St. Theresa's College, Manila (HS '72)

My deepest sympathy to Telly's family.
I didn't get to know Telly very well.  I was from another section.  But on the few ocassions that we had a chance to be together and be acquainted with each other I noted two things about her....  She had a brilliant mind.  And most of all she always afforded to everyone that heartwarming smile which could melt down an iceberg.
May the  Lord bless you Telly.  And may the Lord bless your family.

About Me

My photo
I am, Angel (Luli) as fondly called by Telly. Telly was my childhood classmate and friend. We spent 12 years of our formative childhood and adolescent High School years at St. Theresa's College, Manila. I am awed and blessed to meet her true friends and loved ones. As we read more and more from what they share, we come to know more about her and the legacy of her contributions to society including her hopes and aspirations for economic development. Those who truly know Telly will appreciate the kind of work and many accomplishments she did. Her husband, Francis, on the Eulogy night for Telly, set aside unselfishly the focus on self (as a grieving husband for the loss of a wife). Instead he talked about how the death of Telly was a loss to the Intellect and Society at large. The impact of the loss is felt even in the international community. I invite you to write your tribute, share your sentiments/feelings for Telly and send any related post about her-- pictures, articles are welcome. ( Email address: forloveoftelly@gmail.com). I will make sure they are posted here for all of us to draw inspiration.
