Telly You have always been an inspiration to me and many others who had the opportunity to meet you. We are so blessed to have shared many moments in our lives. It was a joy to have you visit me in my small apartment more than 20 years ago. It saddens me that our parting then was the last. It was your piercing observations of the "Graying of Marin" that strike me as true to this very day. We talked and talked and laughed and laughed until we could not tell whether we were sad or happy. It's time to sleep Telly. Good night. Beibi

About Me

My photo
I am, Angel (Luli) as fondly called by Telly. Telly was my childhood classmate and friend. We spent 12 years of our formative childhood and adolescent High School years at St. Theresa's College, Manila. I am awed and blessed to meet her true friends and loved ones. As we read more and more from what they share, we come to know more about her and the legacy of her contributions to society including her hopes and aspirations for economic development. Those who truly know Telly will appreciate the kind of work and many accomplishments she did. Her husband, Francis, on the Eulogy night for Telly, set aside unselfishly the focus on self (as a grieving husband for the loss of a wife). Instead he talked about how the death of Telly was a loss to the Intellect and Society at large. The impact of the loss is felt even in the international community. I invite you to write your tribute, share your sentiments/feelings for Telly and send any related post about her-- pictures, articles are welcome. ( Email address: forloveoftelly@gmail.com). I will make sure they are posted here for all of us to draw inspiration.
